I ordered a part from the website That said the part was in stock so I called to make sure it was in stock so I could just pick up the part locally and they told me I had to order through the website and they would get it in 2days and I could pick it up. The payment has to go through PayPal the payment went through the following day. So I called the parts department 3 days later to see if the part came in yet and they said they didn’t even order yet and they go ahead and order it today and I could pick it up next week. 2 days turns to 6 days. I could have ordered it from 100’s of other sites online and probably had it faster.

Staff broke a piece in my car and I was told that I could purchase a new one for $100. It wasn't broke when I dropped the car off so why is it my responsibility? There was another man complaining about his truck being all scratched and marked up too.
