I had a very enjoyable experience at the Fairfield We Buy Any Car Location. The Branch Manager there was very informative, professional and personable which made for a pleasant experience for someone like me who's never sold a car. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking to sell a car for a great customer service experience as well as a good deal.

Its been a pleasure working with the manager brandon..he made the whole thing painless and easy and detailed every step. I would reccomend going to him for all your needs..although the actual website is deceiving. DO NOT believe the quote that they give you on the website. It will be totally different when you get there. That is just to get you in the door.

The reason I am giving you a 2 star is because, despite Brandon's wondeful professionalism, I felt I was low balled right off the bat. I was quoted around 1500 for my 2005 prius beforehand via website and phone, then was offered 700 after the inspection, when nothing unexpected was wrong. Then, I started feeling like I was being nickel and dimed for some very silly reasons. I ended up walking out of your business with a lot less than my bottom dollar offer. I wouldn't use you again.
