I shop at my location all the time and have only had 1 issue with ordering. Store is clean and well stocked . They have gone out of the way to meet my needs and have been great with going about it.
This location is hit or miss for me. I once called to see if they had a specific nut only for the guy to tell me my car did not have that particular nut (after I explained that my dad and I just took it off the day prior) and asked if I meant lugnut ud83dude44 for the most part, though, the staff seems friendly
Came to this used to be favorite spot for a couple simple things. Walked around bumped into a manager who assisted me in finding what i needed he then went back to putting stock away. as i walk to the register i see a worker named randall sitting in the corner hidden away on his cell phone. i told him i was ready to check out and he continued to ignore me it wasnt until the manager came back that i got assisted checked out politely. speaking of ive been in here one time before that and and the sales associate randall was talking on the cell phone while assisting me and i kept thinking he was talking to me very unprofessional. would not recommend this location..... after 5 at least the closer there is unacknowledged and ignorant
I went in to buy a couple new batteries for my key fobs and the guy working showed me which ones it took, then he offered to replace my old batteries with the new ones for me. And he did, that helped me out a lot.
