I wish I could give freedom Automotive more than 5 stars! I have never experienced service as awesome as what I received at Freedom Automotive. My car broke down 1.5 hours in to a 4 hour trip home, which was definitely stressful. Luckily I was close to Freedom Automotive, and taking my car there was the best decision I could have made. The owner is great with keeping you updated throughout the process, and is very kind and trustworthy. He even let me wait in his shop for 2.5 hours while my mom made the long drive down to pick me up! During his phone updates he provided very detailed information about the issues with my car, and it is clear that he is extremely knowledgeable and great at his job. In the end I ended up having to trade in the car due to it have more issues than I could afford, and he was so incredibly fair with that process. Freedom Automotive made an incredibly stressful situation so much better - I have never come across such a high quality and trustworthy business as this one. I wish I lived closer to make this my routine repair shop, however if I ever experience a car issue that could still allow me to make the long drive to Freedom Automotive, I will be more than happy to do it for the peace of mind that the job will be done well and at a fair price!

Fred was so helpful he went above and beyond to help me understand what it was I need done and what I needed to do to fix it. I am very grateful for him because he took my car in same day and charged me the minimum price available. This is a wonderful be place. Fred thank you so much for your service!

Once again, every thing was great! The work was completed professionally and with-in the time frame promised. The staff is wonderful here!

In the past week I have had the unfortunate turn of luck of having both of my vehicles break down. Both were at unfortunate times while traveling to work and we couldn't afford to be without cars for long. Freedom was able to figure out the issues within the same day and was able to get parts for both cars the next day. Fred even came to pick me up when my truck was finished since I didn't have a car to go pick it up. They are very competent, good value for parts and labor, and very friendly. I'd expect nothing less from a small town, family owned shop! They have earned a customer for life.
