I started working with Chris to improve my range of motion and alleviate lower body pain. His knowledge of body mechanics has helped me to understand how crucial proper alignment and movement is to my overall health. By understanding my specific needs, he has directed me on a path where pain has been eliminated and overall strength continues to increase. As an out-of-state client, he’s provided me with tailored plans that I can use in the home and at the gym to correctly build my strength. We communicate regularly to address any needs and reassess my workout plans. He’s an all-around great guy – professional, knowledgeable, and committed to his clients’ success, both physical and mental. Thanks Chris!

I found Chris about a year ago after a frustrating round of unsuccessful physical therapy for chronic hip pain. In my first weeks I couldn't get up from the floor without assistance. Chris identified the muscle weaknesses and imbalances and we got to work. Some days the workout consisted of endless micro movements and I wondered if they could really make a difference BUT I can now walk distances without pain and easily hop up off the floor! Chris has also been fantastic through this crazy pandemic from providing workouts at home to new work (with masks and cleaning between clients!) on neck/shoulder/back pain since I'm working in less than ideal desk set up at home!

I've struggled with neck pain for 10+ years and have seen multiple doctors and physical therapists--all without success. Christopher is the first to use a holistic approach--he assesses how my entire body is working together (including how one area of weakness may be impacting another area). It has made all the difference! For the first time in many years, I've been able to build strength and participate in activities that are important to me. Thank you!

One year ago I was searching for a new personal trainer. I was having severe issues with Achilles tendononosis and lower back pain that got in the way of doing daily chores and things that I enjoyed like walking my dog. I came across Christopher Yeoman and RE*FIT Corrective Biomechanics and Personal Training on line. I reached out via e-mail and was pleased to receive a very timely response. We were able to set up a time to meet in the same week. I was very impressed by what he had to share about his experience and approach to working with clients. I appreciated the time he spent talking with me about my past experiences, my concerns, what I was looking for in a new trainer, and my goals. When I said the weight loss was not a goal but rather building strength and endurance, there was no judgment from him. The next step was the 2-hour assessment where he observed me walking at various speeds, assessed my posture and took measurements of various muscle groups to help determine which may be over or under used. After 1 year of working with Christopher and RE*FIT Corrective Biomechanics and Personal Training, I am pleased that I am able to mow my front and back yard without back pain and having to take breaks. I am also ecstatic to be able to walk my dog for 3 miles without taking rest breaks due to back pain. My Achilles have not bothered me and I am gaining upper and lower body strength. Christopher is incredibly knowledgeable. I appreciate his commitment to continued learning and the fact that he does not push the latest fads whether exercise or nutrition related. as a matter of fact he tends to debunk fads. He does his research and continues to grow and develop in the profession. Although he has a no nonsense approach he is also very caring and committed to his clients. When we increase the intensity of a work out he always checks in the next day to see how you are feeling. Working with Christopher and RE*FIT Corrective Biomechanics and Personal Training is a partnership, he can guide but we have to put in the work when we are with him and also with exercises that he recommends for home or at the gym. In the last 10 years I have worked with 3 different personal trainers and I can confidently say that he is the very best. Working with Christopher and the RE*FIT Corrective Biomechanics and Personal Training has proved to be one of the best investments in my well being that I have made. I am very pleased to highly recommend Christopher and REFIT Corrective Biomechanics and Personal Training.
