I was met with some attitude at the service desk. I do not want too (but will if I have too) go into all the details of how I was treated here. All I can say is I hope you have a thick skin... As far as the repair work goes, all good and have not had any recurring issues. Just a pity about the attitude, and to be fair, one specific person at the service desk.
Been there a couple a times in the past 5 years the first time the reconstructed my t680 differential luckily it was on warranty , this time they serviced my clutch. Very hard working mechanics, a couple of hotels near, as food also everything at walking distance.nThanks Kenworth of Hilliard OH.
Very good service. Worked me in and got me out quick.
Friendly staff, left my truck there 2 days to fix leaking windshield wiper and coolant reservior. Both reservoirs are still leaking the next day so nothing was fixed and I lost a extra day out of work for WHAT‼ufe0f
Nearly 200.00 more than any other PM service I've had to buy in the last 4 years. They are friendly and fast. But 561.00 for a pm service? And the oil on the stick was darker than it should be?nNah. I won't be back here.
