I reached out to several dealerships via email to inquire about lease terms for the vehicle I was interested. Chris Sylvis, the General Manager at Buckeye Nissan, was the only person to respond with a decent offer, didn’t pressure me to come in to the office to “discuss in person” and respected my intelligence. He was straightforward, honest, and when I did come in to sign the paperwork, he had already coordinated with the finance and salesperson so I was in and out in just over an hour.nBuckeye Nissan was organized, well prepared, clean, and respectful and I couldn’t have had a better car buying experience. We just purchased our new 2021 Nissan Rogue from Debbie Waddle at Buckeye Nissan and we couldn't be happier. The car is great but the hassle free sales experience was just as good. Debbie did an excellent job explaining all the features the Rogue offers and the fact that she is so professional and knowledgeable made the sales process extremely easy and enjoyable. I would highly recommend that you include a visit to see Debbie and the Buckeye Nissan team the next time your looking for a new vehicle.

Kevin was great on the phone setting up the appt and ordering the tires. Satisfied with the price too. Checking my vehicle in was where the problems began. The service tech quoted me a completely different price that I was told by Kevin. He even said the difference in the price was probably tax.. which it wasn’t. The price in the oil change was wrong until he had to figure it out with my coupon which he had to see to verify. Kevin also told me I could have a vehicle to take while my vehicle was there overnight...which was result of being short handed on Saturday morning/ afternoon. I picked my car up the following morning and everything seemed fine. I noticed the price of everything seemed more than it should be. I noticed I was charged for renting a vehicle and I noticed the price of the tires was not the $876.02 out the door, that Kevin gave me. The charges in my bill were NEVER gone over. I was NEVER expecting to pay for and rent a vehicle. That was never discussed and it was extremely misleading. I have been a regular customer with this dealership for 12-15 years and I am very disappointed how things were handled.

I spent all weekend at different dealerships feeling very much disregarded and taken advantage of, tossed around and treated like my time wasn’t very important. Then because of a friend I tried Buckeye Nissan and my whole outlook changed. They treated me with value and respect and they were honest from start to finish, I never felt like they were trying to hide anything or “get one over on me” they took fantastic care of me and made sure they were able to get me the car I wanted. I can’t recommend them any more vigorously then I am now. I am blown away by the integrity of this dealership!

This is our 3rd Nissan Pathfinder but our first from Buckeye Nissan. They did a great job all around and we'll definitely be customers of Buckeye Nissan going forward. Our sales professional, Raul Bermudez, was top notch! We couldn't be happier. Thanks for such a great car buying experience!
