A colleague offered to buy the whole work team lunch, so I offered to go pick it up as a gesture of appreciation. I get there, give the name, a stack of items is given to me, I leave. When I get back, it turns out the order included drinks for everyone too. I didn't know, I didn't place the order.nOne would think the employee would be smart & competent enough to at least MENTION if I had to get the included drinks myself, or maybe even gather/collect them to provide with the rest of the order for me, but no, he just let me leave without everything that was ordered & paid for.nMy first time going to Domino's, might be my last, too.nnUPDATE: turns out they stuck the sticker receipts for each of the drink orders onto the side of the pizza box, so the employees saw and knew there were drinks included in the order, but ignored it anyway.
Not sure what the food's going to be like yet but Jeremy was very professional and polite on the phone(i used to work on the phone and he hit every point..pleasant, knowledgeable and im sorry but that is fleeting these days and its Refreshing!)-if you want someone competent call this location. thanks so much Have a great night and thank you for doing your job RIGHT.
The pizza itself was really good. It had a lot of toppings and plenty of sauce. The only issue is I requested it to be Square Cut instead of Pie Cut but it was Pie Cut when I received it.
No idea what's going on with this Domino's, but every time I've ordered from here in the last couple of months, the pizza has taken over an hour to arrive. They used to be pretty reliable, so it kind of sucks it's gone so far down hill.
I’ve only ordered from this location three times for delivery because there is one closer but they don’t deliver to us. Every time it takes over an hour and a half to receive my order. And the tracker doesn’t work. Which is why I prefer to pick up my order from 256 location they’re excellent
