Amazing environment for finding the lost part of yourself, it’s the extra push you need to be someone better. Great supportive team and always there to offer support, give advice and help you achieve your dreams. The hard part is making through the door but once inside (especially the Canal Winchester location) the best supportive team you could ask for is there to help you through the workout you truly need. The workout that delivers results. Go there and try your first free workout, seriously. Awesome place, I wish I would’ve known about it sooner.

After getting up at 4:15 on a morning and digging my car out from 4-5 inches of snow and driving about 10 miles on roads that had not yet seen a plow, I arrived at 5:10 for a 5:00 class where I had reserved and was paying for a spot and was not permitted to join despite there being several open stations. I understand it's the policy but with all the talk of family and the fact I have been a loyal customer at the 5am class for about a year and a half I was really disappointed that none of that mattered in this situation. You will not hear me say it's not a good workout but with the price tag and the fake family talk they will no longer get my recommendation or any more of my money. If your looking for a great overpriced workout where you are nothing more than a number this is your place but I'd you are looking for a business who honors loyalty and is understanding in unique circumstances, Orange Theory Canal is not the place for you.

It's so fast you don't have time to think about what you're doing so the anxiety of working out goes away pretty quickly. And you can start at your own pace. You're never being pushed like a coach would do at a Crossfit gym. You're being pushed enough but reminded to listen to your body. Such a great experience and worth every penny!!

I am beyond happy with all the classes offered in Canal Winchester, Ohio. I appreciate the easiness of signing up under the family plan. All the people who work the front desk are polite, professional, and knowledgeable! The coaches are beyond competent, extremely motivated, and know how to keep the classes going! Well done!! A++

I literally love the entire workout that orangetheory has to offer. I am new to orangetheory and honestly this has been an exceptional experience. The manger at the Canal Winchester orangetheory is amazing and so very helpful. Coach Z provides an outstanding workout everytime im there. Joining orangetheory at Canal Winchester has been more than amazing. It is a very motivating atmosphere and everybody wants you to do well during the workout. Hands down a very positive experience and I love it here.
