Waited 2 hours for 3 tires to be changed which is ridiculous. It wasn't even busy either. Some workers were also unprofessional.

Took three attempts to call and schedule a detail for my vehicle. The Ricart dealer we bought the vehicle through had to contact the service department to get the detail scheduled.nI showed up at 7:50am for a 8:00am appointment. All doors were locked and signs said they open at 7:00am. If there were alternate hours due to Covid-19, they were not posted. Four hour detail took 8 hours. We had to call to see if detail was complete.nWhen I arrived for pick-up, a few employees walked past me and did not help. After several minutes inside, someone directed me how to pick up my vehicle.nOverall, their CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS VERY POOR. Both over phone and in person. Culture of staff appeared to not care if I was taken care of or not.nnThe quality of the detail was 4/5 I’d say.
