This is the lowest rating I have ever given Rutheford's. They do a great job and have repaired several of my cars including this one. They refused to give me an estimate because this car has been totaled in the past.and they warranty their repairs. I will raise this rating by one star and waive any warranty if I can get this car fixed within a week. I live in Kansas and am only back visiting relatives. So I was driving on the highway to get to work and my clutch went out they have a big parking lot where my truck wasn’t taking up any room At all I parked where it was bothering nothing. I left a note explaining I would be back ASAP to get it towed and apologize several times they called me and said If I didn’t have it gone by 3 hours they were gonna have impounded. Because I know they have a buddy who has towing company so they were trying to make some money off me. It’s not like I left it there for 24 hours or something it was like 6 hours because my truck broke down at night and I work nights. Guy was plain out rude I will Be telling people about this company that’s forsure.

My vehicle was repaired at the Pickerington site. Excellent work so far. Lifetime warranty which I hope will cover any paint fading if it occurs. This is the second vehicle I have had repaired at Rutherford. Both were returned in Excellent condition.

Excellent workmanship and excellent customer service. After a fairly serious accident, I selected Rutherford based a recommendation from a friend. When I visited the first time, I found Angie to be friendly but more importantly honest and direct. She did not employ a sales pitch or try to make the process appear more complicated than it was. She only promised high quality work and to work directly with the insurance company. She kept me informed throughout the repair with regular email. I even visited the shop while they were working on my car. The shop was impeccably clean and the mechanic was actually happy to see my interest in their work. He explained everything they were doing and even pointed out a problem with my car (unrelated to the accident) that would need repaired soon . I am very pleased I choose Rutherford.
