This place has exceptional customer service Seth went out of his way to make sure he got my tire ordered and replaced in a timely fashion. I was told it would take me two days to get my tire and Seth made some calls to get the timeline expedited saving me an extra trip. David is awesome as well, he was the one who put on the new tire quickly and efficient. Honorable mention goes to Isaiah who helped me with the initial appointment, he was courteous and knowledgeable.

I've been going to this location for the last few years and have always been happy with my experience. Mostly, I go here for oil changes/tire rotations. The last few times I've gone in, I have interacted with Seth and Isaiah and they do a great job. Last oil change, Seth found that I needed new brakes and replaced them quickly and I've been very happy with them since then. Today, I went in because I've been dealing with a slow air leak in one tire. Both Seth and Isaiah took the time to look over the tire thoroughly and find a solution. They are great with the customers and very fair in how they do business with us also.

It was my first time here, and it was a very good experience. Isaiah was very up front and honest. I had a screw in my tire and it didn’t puncture the tire. He noticed it after he already took the tire off. I would recommend tire choice in Canal. I will be coming back here in the future if I need any work done on my tires.

The customer service at tire choice was short of amazing. Seth was super courteous when I came the first came with my issue they were a bit busy and he asked me to come back which I did. Then when I returned I was assisted by Isaiah who was also the epitome of customer I’ll definitely be back and will recommend anyone. Kudos gentlemen and thank you again

The customer service at Tire Choice was outstanding. Seth (service manager) was able to work me in over the weekend (short notice) and had my tire issue resolved in an expeditious fashion. My service technician was Dylan; professional work. Highly recommended!!
