This location is great. They did everything they could to provide quick and effective service. Scott did an amazing job keeping me updated about what was going on and giving me information. Very professional and friendly. Tyler did a great job as well! Service with a smile!
I have been going here for years. If you prefer to do the job yourself, you can absolutely save some money... But if you want to save time or are unable to do your own vehicle maintenance I strongly recommend you go here. They are fast fast fast.
Great customer service! I haven't had my oil changed in a long time and I was embarrassed about it. They never made me feel judged or dumb. They also let me know what services I should get without being too pushy! Best thing was I upgraded the oil I wanted and I was still able to use my coupon for $7 off! I will definitely come back next time!
They tried to up sell me... 1) front and rear diff oil change 2) fuel system cleaner 3) cabin air filter.nHere's the deal. They told me my differential oil needed changed every 15k. They said that's what Toyota recommended. I pulled out the owners manual and proved them wrong.nThey also tried to offer me a synthetic blend oil. My Highlander requires pure synthetic. Not a blend.
