Unexpected car troubles hit early on Monday morning. I did not have a regular trusted mechanic and after several calls to recommended shops the wait was between a week and a half to two.nI knew I didn’t have that long as my SUV just wasn’t driving the way I was used to. After a quick search I came across Doc’s on yelp with good reviews. Called and spoke with Chad, explained my situation, and he said to bring it on by. They could look at right away. As a single woman I have always been leery of any sort of repairs. Let me say- Chad and Don we’re both amazing! They were very polite, easy to talk to, and explained the process and recommendations in a way I could understand. They did not try to oversell me on repairs I didn’t need. Don even went so far as to show me my serpentine belt and the extreme wear it had.nI have never been to a shop where I felt this comfortable and taken care of. As a single mom, knowing my car is running and safe is very important to me. I felt like a valued customer even though it was my first repair with Doc’s. They will be my primary shop from here on out. Pricing was reasonable and my experience was great. A+++
