Working with Kori and Jeremy was the best car buying experience that I have ever had! They both were very knowledgeable about the vehicle and definitely went out of their way to make sure we were happy with the purchasing deal. Kori was very attentive and helpful with helping me learn how to use all the features on the vehicle. I will definitely refer others to Kori and Ricart and will absolutely return to Kori and Ricart when purchasing another vehicle!

I had purchased a car from this dealership 5 years ago. Today I needed to replace the car due to an accident. I First went to a nearby new car dealership and was totally disgusted. I decided to back to Ricart and it was like coming back to distant relatives. I explained about my needs,my budget concerns. I was treated like a very valued person (by the way I am the type that lives pay check to paycheck a regular guy) I left the dealership once again feeling well satisfied, well treated. These guys earn loyalty from sales to financing. Service Dept not too much experience with them but nothing negative with them either. I wont waste my time going anywhere else. Believe the hype they really mean it.

Fast, honest, and friendly.....nnI came to Ricart today with my father, who lives in Tennessee and had a poor experience with a Nissan dealership in his area. When we walked into Ricart, it was like they rolled out the red carpet for us. The Ricart team was quick, attentive, and beat the deal he was offered in Tennessee.nnI would highly recommend, and I will be back.

The service provided by Courtney was great! She was very personable and made our experience easy. This was our first time at the Ricart mega mall and I would highly recommend to family or friends in need of a car!

I worked with Courtney and the sales manager, Nicholas (I believe). My experience was exceptional. I didn't feel any pressure and I was given enough time to contemplate my options. Things were explained well and in a manner that was appropriate for my slow, methodical approach to a purchase of this magnitude. This is my second purchase from ricart. I would suggest going to the Nissan building and asking for these individuals for your next, new car purchase.
