I came in to test drive a car I was the first one to do so and the first to put in a app I had good credit with over 1000 down on the car I was told I should be approved no problem they took down all my information and said I'll call you in a couple days no call for over a week so I call in again to find out what's going on they already sold the car never pulled my app or anything so he asked for my information a second time name number all of it again I had to call them back and they never pulled the app nor called so here we go for the 3rd time they took my name down and number said they'd get right back to me they had more cars coming in like the one I wanted and still have heard nothing it's been well over a month now I'm shocked your still even in business your communication skills are non existent I wouldn't recommend to anyone lol don't waste your time like I did

PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE YOU BUY FROM HERE! I bought a crv a week ago took it to a mechanic and a boby shop both of them said the vehicle was not safe at all dont even know how it passed inspection it did have a salvage title. But was not put back correct and was missing very important parts to keep u safe. Only reason why this business got a one star is because he did refund my money back. Just please be careful.

Great overall experience.. car I purchased ran great and was clean cosmetically. After test drive we realized it just needed a new bearing. Jim kept his word ordered the parts and got it installed even after the sale was final. I’ll refer all of my friends/family! Thanks Jim and the team at Gender Auto Sales you guys are the best!!

Listen if I could give a zero star rating I would! Went looking for a car for my daughter, test drove a Hyundai Elantra when I got on Gender road the the car dies a half mile away, when I called them to tell them no one answered, I ended up walking back and leaving that car right where it died!

Worst place ever, after i got the loan on a car we had a deal on the next day where i supposed to go and get it he ghosted me never picked up the phone, went to the shop he changed the deal and increased the price worse ever.
