She's awesome! Very nice, professional, and willing to shoot you straight about what she can do as far as it being legal, and what to do exactly to make the tint cure right, so you get the best durability possible out of your tint. Plus she warranties her work, and will work with any unsatisfied services.nI have to say, she is one of the nicest people I've ever had work on my vehicle. When I came to pick up my Toyota Tundra, I was driving a Ford Ranger and parked in front of a garage. I had spent some money,and realized that I actually didn't have the cash for my full paymentof the window tinting job. I ended up giving her most of it, and using my card for the rest. Regardless, I was searching my wallet for some money I had maybe had in there, and at the same time talking to her and my wife Ella Pietrus, and got distracted. I left my wallet on the edge of the bed, and headed back home...not realizing what I had done, until miles down the road. I had a hectic day, and refused to turn around, and be late for my next appointment. So I text her to make her aware of what i have done. She texts me back before I even got home, and told me she had found it...and actually held it for me, until I had time to come and get it later that evening. I actually had all my cards, and my main contents of my wallet...but not only my ID and SS card was in it, but all of my medication was hidden in the back. I couldn't put my appreciation into words, or begin to express what it meant to me for her to be so honest without even thinking nothing of it. People like her are definitely a rare find these days, and I wonder if I would have ever seen my wallet if I was not at her establishment. But even that aside, her work was phenomenal and as soon as she has an opening I'm taking both of my BMWs that I swore I would never get tinted ,over there for her to do them. It looks so good like it come from the factory and was a package added to the truck off the lot. Beautifully done, and the best service I could ever ask or hope for. MUST take your vehicle to her, NO MATTER how long the wait for an open appointment time! She's WELL worth it! I'd go all summer without any tint if I had to, just to wait until I had a chance for her to get me in so she could do my glass. Your AWESOME Sam.

The tint had obvious imperfections and bubbles from day one. 6 months in, and the tint ripped off the passenger rear window of my excursion. When I asked for warranty work, I was met with rude responses and she told me that it was my fault for not cleaning the vehicle good enough prior. If I could give her 0/5, I would. Owe, I paid 550 dollars for this work as well. Don’t waste your time or money!
