Great Customer Service! You don't really know a company until you've had a poor experience. That is where they either stand behind you or disregard you. While I've normally had great experiences this past interaction was less than ideal. However, they did everything they could to make it better! I was put in a rental car and kept informed the entire time. They're a good company and do right by their customers.
