Nice cars and a great experience
I would rate zero if I could. If you are a young kid, don’t buy from him. He completely took advantage of my inexperience. I was 19 when I bought a car from him. He told me if I bought it, he would fix the window because it wouldn’t roll down. Now he is saying he “never told me he would fix my window” even though I have voicemail proof that he said he would fix it. Tim is unprofessional all around. Not sure how he sleeps at night knowing he took advantage of a kid. Take your money to someone with morals instead.

Oville has earned customers for life! We dreaded looking at vehicles and dealing with the stereotypical sales staff that you always deal with during vehicle shopping. The second we walked in Tim greeted us with a smile and asked us if we needed any help. We had narrowed what we wanted down to two vehicles and we needed someone who actually was knowledgeable about the vehicles to help us out. He did exactly that, he pointed out the differences between the two SUV’s for our purposes we spent a good amount of time with him asking him just random things that popped into our heads and he knew it all and was so patient with us. Tim was so wonderful and pleasant to deal with that I just can not say enough about him. The paperwork was super smooth and fast with no hassles and Tim is so kind and inviting and doesn't treat you like just another customer they are rushing through. We will be back to Oville for our next vehicle without hesitation because they made car buying enjoyable, stress free and seamless.
