We will recommend these guys again and again! The staff here at Stout Sales made the car buying process an enjoyable one for our college student. They followed through with promptness on a couple of minor repairs as well as picking up and delivering the car back to our daughters place of employment.nWe would rate their customer service 10/10. Drove up from Cincinnati to look at some trucks and was very impressed with the quality and presentation of inventory compared to what I’ve seen in Hamilton and Dayton on my way up. Mark was very straight forward and the owner filled it up with gas and went over all the options with us. Thanks again guys

I had a great experience purchasing my first used car at Stout Sales! I decided that leasing was no longer an affordable option and was looking for a reliable car within a very limited budget. I was immediately impressed with how nice & clean everything was (I wasn't sure what to expect from a used car lot) and could tell right away that they care about selling quality vehicles. They thoroughly went over all the financing details with me & I left feeling confident in my decision and felt that I was well taken care of. I absolutely love my 2011 Grand Cherokee & know that I can call Stout Sales if I need anything in the future! They also have an adorable office dog!!

We just bought an odyssey here with Mark P. We had a great experience and we were in and out in less than 2 hours. They were friendly and had great customer service. We noticed the vehicle we were buying had an engine light on and they told us not to worry and that they would take care of the issue before we take it home. I would recommend stout sales to anyone looking!

The stigma of a single female being involved in any manner with surrounding car, is absolutely true. HOWEVER, when I arrived to Stout Sales, I didn’t feel pressured in any way. I came to look at two particular cars, and I was given the space and time to peruse and come to my own conclusions of these cars that I was interested in. When Mark, the salesman, came out he told me social distancing (and my health!!!) was their top priority and he would be happy to help me when I needed him! When I was ready, mark answered the 987 questions that I had without any hesitation and it seemed like I was talking to a friend who wanted me to make the right investment for me. THEY EVEN HAD THE CUTEST LITTLE DOG THERE TO HELP!!! If I wasn’t going to buy a car before I saw that handsome fellow, I definitely was going to after! He even took $500 off after I asked about the price being firm (I pay full prices at the farmers market, let alone a car dealership because I never negotiate about the price)!!! After so many incidents that I felt like I was being taken advantage of, I finally felt comfortable and at ease with the whole (scary) process!! I will definitely tell anyone who will listen about my experience!
