The staff at work there are awesome! They treat you with respect, courtesy, and in a timely manner. However the technician working on my vehicle left a very ugly handprint on the headliner of my vehicle for which the dealership is making it right.

This place is horrible! I was in need of some help with my diesel 2500 emissions computer. ALL I needed was twenty minutes of their time of hooking their computer up to my truck to diagnose the issue. I told them I was willing to pay a technician good money to stay 15 minutes after 12 so I could get back to my home 400 miles away in NC ... the best they could do was tell me to come back Tuesday, I was there on a Saturday and needed to get back home to my family. Nobody there could give me 20 minutes of their time and I was going to pay good money . They are lazy, not helpful, and I am disgusted at their lack of Help to someone being out of town and in dire need of help for less than 30 minutes of their time.
I’ve been a customer at the dealership for a long time and they always have been very helpful over the years
