H&M

Remember guys if you go to H&M this Day's you cannot try on anything and they have long lines to get in and long lines to return. be really careful if you have to return anything takes a little too long didn't like that so I'm not going back shopping on H&M. if I can't try on anything in the store it just makes no sense to do 2 hours on the line outside and inside if I'm just going back to return something I couldn't try on in your store... just speaking the truth

I LOVE H&M, but lately this particular one ALWAYS has a line. I was just there at 1pm on a Tuesday and there was a long line. Also, they had something on a mannequin that they did not have in the store. How?

I spend more time walking out of this store than buying anything. Is there ever NOT A LINE??? Seriously!!!! How hard is it to keep employees at the register ringing up customers?? Walked by today and the line was all the way to the front door. What a joke

Very good quick service good sales good store to shop in

This store needs new management and staff. During a pandemic this store is not exercising proper safety precautions. The lines...no social distancing enforced and lack of cashiers. For a small store i think there needs to be someone managing the door as to how many ppl are allowed in at a time. Now cashiers, lack of customer service and lack of communication. Need training. I had to add this a day later. Aftet returning an online purchase i asked the cashier how is thr refund going to be handled because i used both a gift card and bank card. She stated it will all go back on the bank card. I looked at her curiously, because she looked unsure. Today i recieved an email from hm and the opposite not surprisingly happened they emailed me the portion from the gift card seperately. Again TRAIN YOUR STAFF HM @ CROSS COUNTY MALL. Worse location by far.
