A|X Yonkers Cross County Shopping Center

This is a good A|X location to shop. The staff is nice & helpful & I feel comfortable shopping here. Just beware of some sensors being left on & the alarm going off at the door. This happen to me more then once..lol..I notice they have some cashiers that are serious, angry & have attitude. Customer service was very helpful to me. I think people with these negative reviews probably don’t have money to shop at ax and shouldn’t be in a classy place like Armani. Armani has very nice clothes. Pricey but worth the extra bucks.

Customer service here are very annoying! I walked into the store, I was first asked if I needed any help, You need to give the walk-in customer more time to at least browse around the store ud83dude12. They do not like it when you touch the nicely folded clothes ud83dude11. I touched a shirt and then was asked if I needed help finding a shirt size ud83dude44. I do not need another person to do that for me. Why can I not touch and feel in peace? ✌ufe0f ud83eudd28 I was upset With 2 customer service employees wearing loop crossing earrings ud83dude02 because I was constantly being followed. I made no eye contact or requested for help please do not approach so much that is how you drive customers out the door.

They have the worst service to the clintes. I don't like going to that time. They look at you and they treat you like they are going to steal. They are chasing you all. to go to that time.
