Called to see of they had Tiffany. Gave me the price. The Spanish speaking lady (don't recall the name) was great. Went in to get it, she was juggling multiple customers, while one checked something out, she took care of me and rang me up. Nice stuff.

The products are economically affordable in comparison to Macy’s and other high end stores. Also legit. However, the representative that helped me, Joseph, was extremely sarcastic, and not helpful. His tone, body language and way of speaking to customers are unethical. He is not a people person, and doesn’t know how to treat others.nnI made a purchase of $451 during the time there was a promo for a free tote if you spend over $125. Unfortunately, they were all out, which is understandable, but when asked if I can be compensated for something else, he flat out told me no in a condescending manner. Not even gift bags when asked. He stated I had to pay for them.nnJoseph either needs to work in stock or take a training on customer centered care and communication skills.

Visited this location earlier today. Lynnette was a pleasure and assisted us with all of our questions. This store has excellent selection and is impeccable.

Good place for a bargain on cologne or perfumes.

Walk in, 3 employees doing nothing except being loud and obnoxious. Stood in there had some ideas on what I wanted but they didn't care that customers were in there. I wouldn't recommend going here, I'd even recommend Macy's right here over this mess.
