Forever 21

Worst Forever 21 store that I've ever been to. The manager is rude and not helpful. The manager refused to exchange the same exact item that I purchased for a bigger size even though I had my receiptndue to a price difference. I Will never go to that forever 21 again.

My experience was horrible the Only 1 that had any courtesy was the Girl as I was leaving the store. I left there sadden, angry and didn’t go back for the 1.00 from the sales items because just me against them. Your staff needs to be trained. They lack respect, empathy and don’t ask a question about an item or else. When I called the number the manager who picked up refused to spelled her name or give it to me again and refused to give me the other horrible managers name. We All are in Critical circumstances but can we at least show respect and kindness to one another. They too have sisters and mothers, would they like Anyone to treat them like that? I am a great grandmother. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Not as large as the store in Cross or the Galleria.Its a pretty large space and could use some more clothes.Employees walking around or standing around doing nothing.I was there for a good hour and no one asked me if I needed help.I was surprised that it was Ghetto
