Very thoughtful. Every year they are kind enough to send out notices to every property owner reminding them that they will never own their property. I can barely remember all my kids names and birthdays but this place manages to remember everyone in the county! They can be a bit rough though because if you forget to give them your annual property rent payment, they can steal your property from you by sending guys with guns to do their bidding. What would we possibly do without them?
