The staff at Amelia's Bridal is nothing short of amazing. They are so sweet and helped me find the perfect dream dress for our October wedding. They truly made my vision come to life. I had the best time there with every appointment. They also helped my mom find the perfect dress as well! I will recommend them to anyone and everyone

BUYERS BEWARE!!! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRIDAL SHOPnnI had made an appointment at Amelia’s bridal at the beginning of 2020 after reading many positive reviews. Upon entering, I instinctively felt discriminated against as a Hispanic woman. I decided to stay since I had asked my bridesmaids to meet me there and felt bad asking them to turn back. While we were asked to wait, my bridesmaids and I began looking through dresses and were asked not to take them down to see them but to wait for the employees to take the dresses down for us. While trying on dresses, we were all so excited and began taking pictures but were told we could not do that. After they told us that, we saw another bride and her family whom where taking pictures of her in her dress and the employee did not tell them anything. As I was trying on dresses, I felt pressured into purchasing a dress at this store but after much consideration, I called the next day to cancel the purchase and asked for my deposit back. The individual I spoke with (Maria) said it was too late and they could not cancel. I attempted to describe to her how I felt pressured into purchase the dress and felt rushed and how I purchased a dress they had on hand and nothing had to be specially ordered but it seemed she did not care. Immediately after my purchase, the pandemic began, and I kept pleading for my money back because I had to cancel my wedding indefinitely due to the pandemic limitations. My bridesmaids also ordered their dresses from this store and are out the deposit because I am unable to get married until this pandemic settles down. I have called and e-mailed many times pleading with them for the deposits back and have explained how and why the pandemic has also played a role in the decision but they refuse to return any of the money or meet me halfway. They have kept over $3,000 in deposits for items I will never receive and for a wedding I, unfortunately, cannot have. Overall, I have not had a pleasant experience at this store and I am saddened and disturbed by their “customer service”. I cannot express how much I do NOT recommend this bridal shop to anyone. They completely shattered my dream and turned it into a nightmare!

I bought my wedding dress from Amelia’s Bridal and had a fantastic experience. Maria helped my find the most beautiful dress that was flattering and had just the right amount of sparkle. She helped make a seemingly overwhelming experience really fun! My dress wound up being the first dress that I tried on (which Maria recommended). I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend any bride purchase their dress from Amelia’s Bridal.

Don't waste your time here. I get the covid rules of only 2 people in but no photos and or FaceTime to share the moment with others is just uncalled for. Their loss since my fiancée will not be giving them business just a heads up to others save your time and move on.

Amelia’s Bridal is an absolute gem. Their attention to detail and to your dream day went so beyond my expectations. My dress and my bridesmaids dresses were both purchased there. Even with COVID looming over us, they made sure that everything would be perfect and it was. I hope in the future I have another excuse to go shopping there- maybe for a friend’s wedding!
