The blonde skinny owner is probably the rudest person in the world, unbelievably rude. She was there working with a young Asian girl at the register. Not smiling to someone or welcoming actually ruined my day. No one should leave an establishment feeling the way I did today. I went in looking for a jacket and she gave me the dirtiest look and then after asking a question totally dismissed me, treated like I don’t belong in the store, and after I was like right I’m leaving she said Bye in the most sly nasty way either. I asked her to see if she had a jacket in a bigger size and said rudely why don’t you try the other location? Needless to say I won’t return. She lost a costumer because she doesn’t have the decency to respect someone looking for clothes probably because they don’t fit there “bronxville narrative”. I won’t be back. My advice is learn to have some manners and it doesn’t hurt to be polite. If you cared about your bussiness and making profit you would do this but you lost a customer due to the fact you can’t smile and felt the need to make me feel uncomfortable and leave rude remarks. Clearly they don’t.If the owner is reading this take a lesson in hospitality and making someone feel miserable after leaving your store is so disgusting . It’s too bad the other store wheezy d closed down because the owners there made you feel welcome. Somewhere you’d want to spend money. This blonde wasn’t cold looking owner is terrible. Politeness goes a long way as far as I’m concerned. I won’t be back. I can’t support a bussiness if you can’t make people feel welcome, can’t smile, or be disrespectful. Gross. Others beware!
