We have always LOVED San Pietro - my husband and family have been frequent dinner guests over the last 15 years - now 6 months into Covid and ordering take-out - they clearly have not gotten their act together. I called at 4:30 on a Saturday to place a take out order - asking for advice - should I put in my order now for a 5:45 pick up? No, I was told - call back at 5:15 - I repeated - So I call at 5:15 for a 5:45 pickup? YES she said. I call at 5:15 - get put on hold and listen for ten minutes to the hostess seat people, field complaints in a rather snippy voice - then I get hung up on. I call back - wait my turn and say: I am placing an order for a 5:45 pickup - Oh no, I am told - it will be an hour. I explain that I called earlier and this is the protocol I was told. Sorry - we're busy. You can come earlier, but, the food will be ready at 6:24 (rather snippy and rude). No apology - no empathy - no customer service. Apparently they don't know that Saturday take-out is popular - that's why I was being pro-active calling much earlier in the first place. Frustrated and not sure I will return. Very disappointing.

This was our first time out for a nice dinner since before Covid hit. Matt, our server was exceptional and attentive- he really gave us an enjoyable experience. Our meals, short rib and halibut were perfectly executed, salads were delicious (special Bibb salad & Caesar- if you love garlic GET THE CAESAR!) and we finished with giant cappuccinos, chocolate mousse cake and lemon mousse cake. We moved to this area nearly a year ago and can’t believe we waited so long to try it out. They absolutely hit it out of the park!

I’m so sad, that a good looking restaurant, a are beverage was brought to another table and they forget my chicken parm and final that took off the chicken parm of the bill, and then they charged a full price by the manager.
