Good reviews so far!! And the workers respond to complaints or other issues as quickly as they can get out there. This mother of a grown adult who gave a rating of 1 star is comical. They refused to pay their bill on time if at all, and in full for TWO YEARS!!! The company gave these customers many chances to get caught up. But chose to give a poor rating when the owner said time to vacate, we are losing money on you. Sad..... pay your bills on time. Hopefully you’ll have better luck with another storage unit that gives you two years to pay on time or at all!!! ud83dude0a
Leaking roofs, serious water/moisture issues, poor management, zero accountability and customer service. Avoid these rentals, its not worth it. Almost all of my property inside of my unit and at least 2 other I had bumped into and talked with had water damage and mold and mildew damage. There are plenty of other rental options close by.
I had a 10×10 unit when I 1st moved in the area, looking for getting another unit soon if family can't store a few things for us. The prices are great, units cleaned, the owner is nice, and if family can't store a few of our stuff I would like to get another storage unit from CJ's.
My previous post was a bust on my behalf. I WAS VERY MUCH IN THE WRONG, this company is a straight forward company.
