I have been working with Aaron for more than 6 months now. I have used 3 bookkeepers in 5 years. And Aaron is a keeper. My last bookkeepers all had some issues with details and keeping up with data entry. I need to be able to view and analyze reports often. Aaron keeps up with reconciliation and I can always really on upto date accurate reports. He has helped me keep 2 bussiness tax ready. When I need special reports for banking needs he helps get them organized with the information I want to use. My taxes this year were a breeze. My tax accountant did not have any questions. I would highly recommend using Aaron for bookkeeping and or tax needs.

Spotlight Accounting has been a great resource to our nonprofit organization. Aaron converted all our accounting system files to an upgraded platform and provided training so that we felt confident using it. I have called him for advice since the conversion and he has been responsive and helpful.

Aaron Burgoyne has been such a great asset to Covington Village. I have questions and he gets back to me so fast with answers! He is a pro with QuickBooks and has taught me a lot! I am very grateful to him and his team! They are the best!

My wife and I have a commercial building and some storage sheds that we manage and use as rental income. We recently changed from quick books desk top, to quick books on line and soon found we were in over our heads. After a frustrating year of here and there advice and help from friends and others, we were referred by our accountant to check out Arron and see if he could be of help. We made an appointment for him to come to our home, and within just a few minutes I could tell he was very proficient with quick books and accounting. He spent an hour or so with us, took some notes and work home with him, and in just a couple of days we were completely caught up and current. We are by no means (quick books pros) now, so we still call Aaron from time to time and he always helps us with 100 % satisfaction. We would highly recommend Arron to anyone needing his expertise, we found him very easy to communicate , and work with, his rates are extremely fair and he has taken a huge amount of stress and anxiety out of our lives.
