Went through drive thru. Burgers were cold when I ate them. Staff however was very friendly and followed covid policies great

This is the absolute worst Wendy's in Massachusetts.nThe customer service is non-existent. Rude and unprofessional employees.nEvery time I dine here, the order is incomplete or wrong.nI have actually gone so far us to take my time out to call Wendy's corporate customer service number andnI had to call twice.nI was promised a call back, of which I never received.nSo they obviously know there is a huge problem at this restaurant.nand won't deal with it accordingly.nSkip this place and spend your money somewhere where they appreciate your business.nThere is another Wendy's down the street that provides good customer service with correct orders and quality product.

What's not to love? Indoor and outdoor seating available. Drive thru was packed so I took the kids inside and we ate outside.
