Great place! Opens early. Everyone very nice.
I was visiting from out of town and had a doctor call in an emergency prescription. I showed up 15 minutes before closing to find out that they did not have the prescription, hadn't contacted me, and couldn't get it until well into the next day. Extraordinarily poor customer service/patient care.
Cashier seemed so upset that I was cashing out. I wasnt sure which register was open and she rolled her eyes and said ‘the last one’... then I had a couple questions which she seemed very bothered by... not good customer service at all
Pharmacist was a completely rude person. Asked if we could cash out as we were purchasing over the counter medicine and she said we had to go up front. Never have I had a rite aid pharmacy treat me that way.
The pharmacist is always rude. Closes early if the store isn't busy. Will refuse to fill a script if it's too close to closing. Worthless and needs to find another profession.
