Dozing Green (08/24/2020)
I remember going here when I was little. I am so happy it's still around! May it be around for the rest of eternity.

I have a 3 year old, and she was able to ride every ride available, which is rare. There was a substantial amount of rides available with good variety. I would highly recommend that anyone with a toddler that enjoys rides come to this park.

My son and neice had a great time. First, its an older style theme park as it's been around for....years, but the kids still love all the rides. Most of the rides are on a track and feature different animals or vehicles and go in a circle but the kids didn't really care they were the same. They have a small place to get food that was priced OK (not a huge selection but basics are there) and a decent sized bathroom. Cool little diving act as well. All in all was worth it for the money and the kids had a blast!

We visited a few years ago for the first time and the park has changed a little bit now but still has most of the classic rides and unique things to see. I am very happy to see that since it's one of those places that are a step back in time with classic appeal for young kids. They do have a new (human) diving show and some other new things. The dinosaurs are a separate park but you can buy a combo ticket which we did. There's still the great magic show too, I had a good time with that. I rode several things myself, so it's not all kids rides. Of note they have a limited number of ride operators so some rides will close for about 30 minutes while they take a lunch break, however this is staggered among the rides so only 1 or 2 will be closed at any time, just come back. It's a small park with a small staff but you won't be waiting long for anything unless it's super busy. We visited over Labor day weekend and it was nice. Don't expect a giant theme park, this is a classic, slow down and enjoy yourself park. We stayed most of the day, just because, but you don't need all day. If you have little kids this is a nice place to let them ride, watch a show, get some snacks at the food stand, enjoy the day. Most of the park is in the woods, some sun. It's not totally flat but the park is not hilly, the dinosaurs are hilly. Small parks like this are treasures, so many are long gone. Teens will likely be bored here, not much to do for older kids, no coaster, etc. I enjoy places like this, as long as you are not expecting Disney quality then you can have a good time. Enjoy the kind of place your parents and maybe grandparents went to. Not fancy but still fun, you can watch the kids have fun. Or if you are a big kid like me, enjoy a ride on their excellent Scrambler!

Love this place . AbsolutelynWe had a great time with the grandkids. It’s very affordable and it doesn’t get mobbed with people so it’s very relaxing. The kids can get on all the rides very easily as many times as they want .
