Tosco's Pizzeria Pine Bush

Horrible customer service. I placed an order online for pick up and received a text and email confirmation for that order with a time frame.I later received another text and email stating that my order was going to take a little longer then usual with another time frame. My wife left the house to pick up the order base on there second estimated time and I receive another email stating that my order was not confirmed and had to wait 3-5 business days for a refund. I tried calling them directly numerous time with no answer. Finally I get through and asked why my order was cancelled. They explained that they had no power which is understandable. I asked if i can place the order over the phone and they told me that I had to pay again for it. Really??? If you contracted a company to take online orders for your business and your not able to provide those services for any reason, don't charge people for services your are not providing at the time.

I love this place, the employees are so great they learn your name and they make you feel at home, the food is awesome is always on point, is either online order or via phone, your food is gonna be on point. Thanks guys for an awesome job, keep it going. Merry Christmas from my family to yours.

Pizza is pretty good, however I like pudgy's better. Just a personal preference. My son would rather have Tosco's.nnI would recommend you try this place

They offer a fantastic range of delicious food. I love eating here. Staff members are always very nice, prices are convenient and the place is always neat.

Just ordered dinner, Veal Cut Parm so dry, no sauce , Hamburger was a hockey puck, it was horrible. Chix cut hero roasted red peppers and Moz was burnt very few peppers & moz. wasted $40.00, very un happy and hungry. lol
