Saft Electrical Service Inc

We had an issue with someone hitting the power pole that supplied power to our house. After the power company came out and did there bare minimum Saft Electrical came in and saved the day. I spoke to John Jr around 9 am and with in the hour he was at my house looking at the project at hand. He was extremely helpful and very down to earth. His company was there next day on time and got everything done as promised at a great price. I would Highly suggest this company to anyone looking for and size job. Everything was clean cut and looked great. You could tell this company to great pride in what they do!

I called Saft Electric tonight during the biggest snow storm of the year so far. I explained I had a problem with my furnace and that I needed a fuse to fix it. John said he had fuses at his shop that he’d drop one off to me; I told him I was working on a fix for it but would call him either way. After some time and ingenuity, I managed to fix the furnace even though I didn’t have the correct fuse. I called John back to tell him I had it fixed for now and that he didn’t need to bring one. At that moment he said, “I’m right outside you house with a box of fuses.”nnI didn’t end up hiring him or using the fuses he had but I wanted to give him a review because of the level of service he provided for someone who wasn’t a customer in the middle of a snow storm.nnThat was great customer service!! John didn’t ask for anything in return for stopping by with the fuses. I would highly recommend Saft Electric and I will be calling them for any projects I need to have done in the future.

I highly recommend SAFT Electrical Service Inc., very professional staff, John Jr. gave me what I asked for the first time, without trying to add stuff I was not looking for, like others did. The job was completed, and I am very satisfied with their service. The price was very reasonable compared to other local companies. Stay with SAFT, you will be happy. Great company and professional staff. I got back to my place and the main power breaker was shot. I called Staff Electric Monday morning, they picked up their phone right at 7:30am, and had my power back on by 11am. Reasonable pricing and knowledgeable employees. I’ll be using this company for my electrical needs in the future.
