Liked the hike, nice trails but the roots are all over the trails. Can't really hike and enjoy the views. All in all a pretty good place for a quick hike.
The kids and I love hiking, exploring and fishing here. The trails are well marked and the kids can lead the way and learn how to follow a trail.
Pleasant secluded picnic spot under the trees near the parking lot. Short walk to the pond and trail to the island. Lots of fishing going on this Saturday. Well built dock with a great boat launch for kayaks and canoes!
One of the treasure spots for fishing in Norwell Massachusetts near Hanover right near Dunkin so cofffee and fishing in the afternoon for is great if you follow the dock on the and cast 8inches off the middle dock you might hook into massive bass shiners are must I’d say don’t eat from pond as there is run off from the shops and schools near by but really a great pond
The lake itself was beautiful and they're trails and the lake to explore. And great places to fish.nMy only problem is the garbage, there was garbage everywhere... Old fishing lines, waterbottles, takeout wrappers, cigarette butts, and glass bottles (some broken.) So while it was fun to hike around the explore I don't know when we'll go back.
