WOW! Talk about awesome customer service. Upon my arrival I was greeted by a gentleman named Chad. He was extremely professional, friendly and informative. Once we are ready to move, I will be utilizing their storage and I would recommend to anyone looking based on their customer service alone!

I rented an unit on the second floor, the employee gave the code for the gate—> I asked her if I needed anything else she said “no”. She went to lunch, closed the front office. Minutes later, I find out I needed a key for the elevator. I had to paid two additional hours for the u-haul and the person who was helping had to go to work and ud83dude24it started raining. when The employee came back from her break, she informed me that it was her first day; that she didn’t know about the key or knew where the key was located.nud83dudcccWorst of all they are more expensive than other companies near by. Save yourself the frustration and high cost.
