The customers before and after me got great service from a younger guy there. I too have dealt with him in the past with success.nnBut recently I got stuck with an old guy who was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Very uncharacteristic compared to every other employee in their office.
Phil and his staff are accommodating and there is no safe and value store with employees that have superior knowledge. If you want it,they will get it done.
I went there for a key to be cut, and the employee actually fixed my small lock box catch, so that it worked properly. No charge after I insisted! We need more people like this.
