May Gardens

I went to visit a very good friend who works at the health facility that is near by. He mentioned that he goes to this place all the time and the food was good. Since we only had a very short time to eat I thought it would be a very good idea to order from this place. When we walked in the gentleman who was working there seemed extremely rude to my friend. He didn’t even break a smile- I proceeded to order after him and we left. The food was OK but the service I felt was extremely poor. I asked my friend if he ordered from the same guy every time he went and he said yes - I thought that since he is wearing a health care uniform With a badge and has been going there for a long time - the guy should know him by name or at least by recognition— and perhaps greet him with a smile? I thought he was extremely rude to my friend and once we left I expressed my opinion- guess what??? My friend hasn’t been back since - and this happened 4 and half months ago -

I've been going here for over 5 years and I've honestly never been disappointed. Food's great, service is great, prices are great. What more do you need?

I tried them twice and I have to admit the food is very good. Guy wasn’t too friendly on the phone but in person he was fine. I’ll just think of them as ‘soup nazis’ (Seinfeld episode-watch it, it’s pretty funny)...and continue ordering from them because the food is quite good.

Food is always great, they make the best chicken lo mein I’ve ever had. Quick and prices are cheap, love coming here after a trip to savers highly recommend!!

Would be 5 stars if it was just based on food quality. But due to poor customer service this goes down to 2 stars. People here are rude!
