Middle Island Pizza

This restaurant gives amazing service and enjoyable food. The best spot in the area. The meals came out quickly and the rates are affordable. Recommended.

My family and I love this joint. The only place that’s comparable would be Alfredos. But they’re both owned by the same family. No shocker that it’s bangin!

I haven’t been here in a long time but they outdid themselves. The food was delicious and they got it done quick. We will be going back more often now.

This is the best pizza joint in Middle Island, hands down! The only other local Pizza place that compares is Alfredos. The menu is full of wonderful Italian dishes and gourmet pies. I had the pasta in red claim sauce yesterday and there was so much, I'm having leftovers for lunch. I'm well over 300 lbs. and usually never have an issue finishing a dish from take out. They also have a nice dining room in the back where you can have a wonderful meal out.
