I love this pharmacy, it’s the best one I have ever used. I lived 5 mins away for many years and used this pharmacy and a year ago I moved 30 mins away and I still go to them, just because they are that great. The staff is so helpful and knowledgeable, they have helped me endless times, with so many questions. They take time to listen and help you with anything big or small. The staff at this rite aid are better then my own doctor at answering questions and concerns. Melanie is an absolute angel, what an amazing person and pharmacist. I absolutely adore her, she is just incredible . I can’t say enough about this pharmacy, I love them, I actually look forward to going there. So thankful and so grateful for the wonderful staff at this rite aid.

If I could give a 0 for Todd the manager at the Medford location and a 10 for Mike the associate I would. This is the second time I had an issue with my FSA card chip issue at your location and the first time the associate was able to figure it out. Today, Mike was helpful, but couldn't fix the issue. He proceeded to call Todd over. Todd attempted on the adjacent register, but failed I showed my identification and the card and asked to type the card through. He proceeded to say in a rude manner, I don't type numbers in. I asked for the customer service number to be written down and his name . He proceeded to tell me it's not hard. It's 1800 Rite Aid. I asked again can you write it down with your name, your cashier name, so he can get a compliment and your regional. He proceeded to say I don't know why it's so hard to remember. I will never use rite aid again. I went to stop and shop and the vitamins were much cheaper. By the way, no issue with my FSA card at stop and shop. Your loyalty rewards mean nothing when you hsvr horrible leadership who treats people rudely
