We worked with Dakota to get a car loan and he was INCREDIBLE! He was responsive, good at setting expectations, and extremely helpful through the whole process. I bank with Wells Fargo, but it was great to have the personal touch of a credit union for an experience as daunting as buying a car.

I recently had to purchase a new car as the global pandemic hit and I found myself furloughed from my employment of 18 years. After my credit union of 25 years did not approve a loan despite very good credit, I contacted Utah First Credit Union who took all matters into consideration and offered me a loan with an excellent annual percentage rate. The associate who helped me was incredibly helpful and professional. He offered much reassurance that despite the unusual circumstances, Utah First Credit Union would be able to secure my loan. In a world of uncertainty, I am very grateful to know that this institution has my back.

I was looking to refinance my house and contacted several institutions, big and small, and found in Utah First very knowledgeable people that offered me alternatives more suitable to my situation and the current market, and still resolved my pressing circumstances. A HELOC was applied, approved and closed in three days!!! I can't reccomend them enough, and a shout out to Kierra, Alex and Britney, who made this possible, besides who knows how many others involved that I don't know about. Great institution, and I'm glad we got in business with them.
