After going to several dealers on Rt 112 (Medford) to find a car I ended up at SUFFOLK AUTOS INC. I was greeted by Steve (I didn't have to search for someone to help me).. I was able to test drive as many cars as I wanted with no pressure to buy. Steve offered a great deal with better financing then any other dealer. A young man (Rock) detailed my car perfectly and I drove off the lot excited and proud. The customer service from beginning to end was excellent. Thank you SUFFOLK AUTOS INC. for a great experience.

I was in the market for a car and I was looking for the best deal possible, something that would fit my budget and wouldn't break my bank paying for the insurance since I have points on my license. Steve was willing to work with my family and myself. I showed up on a Sunday and he let me test drive nearly every car in the lot before making my decision. He even stayed an after past closing on Sunday just to make sure that I got to drive each vehicle that I was somewhat interested in. Steve does not pressure you into making a sale and he is very relatable with everything that goes on in daily life. I finally had my eyes set on a 2018 Ford Escape SE and Steve gave me a VERY reasonable price. In fact I tell people how much I got the car for and show them what great condition it is in and they don't even believe me!! Once I decided on the Escape, Steve took care of everything that needed to be taken care of as far as the insurance and the payments, etc. UNMATCHED SERVICE at Suffolk Autos Inc. I will literally recommend them to ANYBODY who is in the market for a used car. 5 star service and quality all around and Steve has a great inventory as well. Do yourself a favor and talk to Steve about getting a used car if you are in the market for one. You would be making a mistake if you go anywhere else!!!!
