I really don’t like salesmen in general. When I came to look at cars, I was expecting to feel pressured and uncomfortable. Not the case! Chris Malerba was friendly, accommodating, and very knowledgeable. He was honest, and put me at ease when shopping for my new car. He made sure I was truly happy with my choice and made sure I was fully informed. I would gladly buy my next car from him. I am so happy with my purchase, and have Chris to thank for a great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

What a great experience at Sunrise Toyota North in Middle Island! My salesperson, Johnathan, was so helpful. I explained that I was looking to lease a car with certain criteria and he went above and beyond to meet my needs! Didn't feel pressured at all and was met with a very empathetic and understanding approach so the process was comfortable. I am very happy with my new car and highly recommend Sunrise Toyota North! Ask to deal with Johnathan and you won't be disappointed! He even took a picture for me with my new car adorned with one giant red bow on the hood for the perfect photo op!

Outstanding customer service. They were extremely easy to deal with,very friendly, and attentive to what I was looking for. I worked with Javier and couldn’t have asked for better dealer. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle

We had Chris Mallerba as a salesman . He had all the information on all the cars we were looking for knew exactly what it came with and what it didn’t come with. He had everything ready for us to test drive that we had requested. We told him what price range we had to fall in and he made a happen. It was such a great experience all around and we will definitely be going there for our Cars in the future. We had such a good experience that while we originally intended on only purchasing one vehicle we actually ended up purchasing two vehicles and are so happy that we did. Thank you so much Chris for the amazing customer service we can’t wait to do business with you in the future!
