I’ve been seeing Cheryl for a couple of years now for waxes and facials. I look forward to every appointment I have with her! She always makes me feel comfortable, and provides great conversation!nnI have been incredibly impressed with how the salon is handling the current pandemic. The temperature screenings and questions asked make me feel confident that people are not coming in with symptoms.nnI highly recommend Personal Best and Utopia Place to anyone who needs pampering during the pandemic, but might be nervous to venture out to public places. They are handling everything with professionalism and a high level of care for the public!

I have been going to Personal Best for many years. The professionalism and level of skill is of the highest quality. Sue is so open to adjusting, listening and able to apply her knowledge to try new ideas for coloring and cutting my hair. Even knowing that from her over the years I was still amazed at how she fixed my hair after months of no attention. It did lift my spirits. However, even more than that I’ve been so impressed with the adjustments and safe implementations of protections for everyone as they reopened. I feel safe and not stressed while I’m there at this time. Thank you Sue and Marie for that.

My stylist, Nikki, is the most professional, talented and caring person! I always feel pretty after my appointment : ) Everyone at the front desk is hospitable and welcoming. The extra measures to provide safety to all clients goes above and beyond. I'm so happy to be able to make regular appointments again!
