Wonderful family-oriented campground. Great and helpful staff

Never answered phone and never returned call to make reservation

This was our first visit to this campground. This campground changed it's name. It is now called Saratoga Escape Lodges and RV resort. We had a problem with our site and the host changed us to a more appropriate site for our rig. She treated us like we were a relative. Rarely do we find the treatment we received here. We will be back many times.

This place could be a camper's dream. But for whatever reason there are multiple issues First it was the internet that WAS promised at the tour,Not available, Now it's an issue with National Grid No pay no power at least that is what we are hearing. Power was supposed to be back on last night by 9:PM 10/03/2013 as of 8:30 10/04/2013 still now power. Can we just get this fixed and start putting some of our money back into the Campground, rather than buying more campgrounds!!nThis review is from Roger McLaughlin Sr.

Great place, manager is super helpful. Got my money's worth! Very smart investment.
