They set a date for you to be charged then wait a week or more after the day you should be charged to actually charge your account I also went in to update information in my account and they had lost all of my information - to update my review a little absolutely do no use this place my monthly fee is set to be 39.99 a month upon checking my bank account to see if they actually managed to charge me on time I got to see that this place decided to steal an extra $100 from my account to break down some quick math for you that is 3 1/2 months worth of rental fees upon trying to call I got no answer no call back and no return of my hard earned money so unless you want to be robbed and deal with an unethical UN organized business trusting them with your belongings and hard earned money id stay away and dear red door I meet with my lawyer in the morning and plan to press formal charges see you in courtud83dudc8b
