I called multiple times and when I got an answer the girl on the phone was extremely rude. She said “Elizabeth cannot come to the phone right now.” I didn’t know who Elizabeth was... I asked if she would like my number to call me back because I really would like to find a storage place ASAP and she said “no, we have your number” and hung up. In this entire conversation I was very polite and she had an attitude the second she picked up the phone and said hello. In addition I never got a call back and never got a storage unit. I usually don’t make reviews but I appreciate kindness and manners and I didn’t receive that from here.
We rented climate controlled unit for my college daughter. Clean...no creatures, droppings or musty smell. Definitely recommend this place.
For College students this is the best place to store your belongings. They will not rip you off and are very caring. Would definitely recommend.
Easy to get in and out of....and the owner Frank was very nice and accommodating to our needs
