I needed to have a backwater valve installed in my basement. Shawn and Fitz from Sila were great, not only as plumbers, but also as people: Professional, friendly, experts at what they do. Everything went flawlessly, and now I have the confidence of knowing my basement won't flood with raw sewage. Sila isn't a cheap company, but you get what youy pay for. And I paid for that confidence.

Easy to schedule an appointment online. Sila Technician came on time with a courtesy call received 30 minutes before. The maintenance service was professional. The technician took the time to explain me what he was doing and answered my questions. He also provided me with helpful advices on how to maintain my furnace.

I have been using Sila for heating and AC maintenance for many years. I have always found them professional and competent. Today I had a combined heating and AC tune-up. I had delayed the AC portion due to concerns about COVID. The technician (John) was terrific, took adequate precautions and left everything in great shape. I recommend them highly.

Sila is responsive and their technicians are professional. They put our ductless system in 5 years ago, and did an excellent job. One of the units was not working recently. The issue was more difficult than originally thought, so they had to come out again when it went down a couple days later. They were extremely responsive, did not charge for the second visit, and fully repaired the unit. I recommend this business for both installation and maintenance of any ductless airconditioning unit.

John was at my place to repair the heating system. We had a flood in our basement due to malfunction in a heating machine. He seemed very knowledgeable and gave us a great advice and couple of options to resolve the issue. He repaired the heating machine professionally in a timely manner. We are so happy with the service. Highly recommend this company!!!
